The teatime winner, every bite brings a taste of nostalgia. The Victoria sponge, also known as the Victoria sandwich or Victorian cake, was named after Queen Victoria, who was known to enjoy a slice of the sponge cake with her afternoon tea.
Our sponge cake moist with our handmade strawberry sauce then topped with fluffy buttercream frosting accompanied with our strawberry compote and filled the centre with a lot of fresh strawberries & finish with the snow dust.

We recommend that you enjoy them on the day that you purchase them. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container.
Our cake tastes best at room temperature (23*C-25*C).
If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from our studio, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it at an air-conditioning area (at 16*C-19*C) and keep out of from direct sunlight.
If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and frosting.
