The Coconut Mango with Sago

This one is for the tropical taste-bud, the base is coconut sago tart while the layering is consist of moist coconut cake accompanied by layers of fresh, lushes and sweet mangoes to give some sweetness. All is sealed with thick vanilla cream cheese frosting and generously sprinkled with edible flowers, fresh fruits and meringue.

Care Instruction

We recommend that you enjoy them on the day that you purchase them. To preserve freshness, plastic wrap the bakery box or transfer to an airtight container.

Our cake tastes best at room temperature (23*C-25*C). 
If you are serving the cake on the day that you pick it up from our studio, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it at an air-conditioning area (at 16*C-19*C) and keep out of from direct sunlight.
If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to ensure soft cake and creamy cream cheese frosting. 

*Please note, edible flowers & fruits are easily dehydrated.
