Care Instructions

Our cakes are best served at room temperature OR slightly chilled, approximately between 23'c and 25'c.

If you are serving the cake on the same day as your pick up date, you can opt to refrigerate it or keep it in an air-conditioning area of between 16'c and 19'c and keep out from direct sunlight.

If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out a minimum of 30 minutes before serving to ensure the cake and cream cheese frosting are soft and moist.

Please also note that edible flowers are easily dehydrated.
