The Crown Cake

Let's sharpen your skill with Chef Maria Bondareva of BMB Bakery, hailing from Russia!

This is a hands-on class in which you will learn various techniques demonstrated by the chef in order to recreate the cake with your own twist and interpretation. And the best part is that you will be able to take your beautiful creation home for you to enjoy with your family and loved ones.

DATE: Saturday, 2nd March 2019 and Sunday, 3rd March 2019 (2 days)

TIME: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

SKILL LEVEL: Beginner up to Intermediate (your passion is required)

MAXIMUM STUDENTS: 14 pax

* the location is just located next to the Lembah Subang LRT Station

Decoration techniques:

  • Chocolate theory,  tempering and coloring the moulds;
  • Perfect glossy Chocolate balls and chocolate ruffles

Izomalt intensive course:

  • Lollipops;
  • Flower;
  • and Perfect crown

*Rest assured that B&S will be providing all the necessary ingredients and equipment for the workshop.


PAYMENT:

Total Fee: RM1,950.00

You can either pay the full amount directly Brown & Sugar Concept Maybank 5621 8832 3651 or  place a 60% deposit (RM1,170) to reserve your slot!

However, please be noted that the remaining 40% (RM780) must be made three weeks prior the workshop.
